1 thumb tip of root ginger
½ lemon freshly squeezed
1 slice frozen pineapple (optional)
1 teaspoon raw local honey
Blend or if you don’t have a blender/nutribullet, simply steep the ginger in the lemon juice for 5-10 mins and cool to drink.
