This is a tried and tested 4 week programme I have created that I know works! As a Nutritional Therapist I have years of experience and insights into what really helps people to feel better and lose weight.
I will hold your hand throughout the programme which is accessed through a private facebook group. You will receive daily content to follow (not too much, so it won’t be overwhelming!) and you will receive some recipes to help guide you and a live video to kick-start each week of the four week programme. There will be opportunities with further live videos in the week where you will be able to ask me questions and meet the other members and discuss any challenges and wins.
