Studies show that holistic therapies such as Nutritional Therapy, Yoga, Mindfulness and relaxation techniques can reduce the stressful affect of stress hormones on our nervous system allowing the body a “moment” of bliss if you will. These powerful practices change our physiology and affect our mood. When undertaken on a regular basis these holistic approaches have been shown to reduce blood pressure, perception of stress, anxiety, depression, pain amongst many other ailments.
